WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a notice called: Direct Sale of Public Land for Affordable Housing Purposes in the City of Henderson, Nevada.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 24 by Bruce Sillitoe, Field Manager, Las Vegas Field Office.

Summary: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to sell an 18.59-acre parcel of public land located in the west portion of Henderson, Nevada, under the authority of section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA); applicable BLM land sale regulations; and the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998, as amended (SNPLMA).
