WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Notice of Public Meeting of the Advisory Board for Exceptional Children.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 23 by William Henry Kirkland, Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
Summary: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) of 1972, the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is publishing this notice to announce that the Advisory Board for Exceptional Children (Advisory Board) will hold a two-day in-person and virtual meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to meet the mandates of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA) for Indian children with disabilities.
