WASHINGTON, April 14 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Gaming; Approval of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe and State of Washington Gaming Compact.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 14 by William Henry Kirkland III, Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.

Summary: The Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs approves the Fifth Amendment to the Tribal-State Compact for class III gaming between the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe and the State of Washington governing the operation and regulation of class III gaming activities.
