WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Gaming; Approval by Operation of Law of the Stillaguamish Tribe and State of Washington Gaming Compact.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 14 by Kennis M. Bellmard, Deputy Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs for Policy and Economic Development, Exercising by delegation the authority of the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
