WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Energy Service Center; Receipt of Tribal Energy Resource Agreement for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe of the Southern Ute Reservation, Colorado.
