Summary: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives ("ATF") proposes amending Department of Justice ("Department") regulations to authorize spouses to file a joint application to make, transfer or receive, and register a firearm under the National Firearms Act ("NFA").
