Further, the description states, “The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting competitive sealed bids for the upgrade/replacement of a total of 16 Calsense irrigation controllers at Mill Creek, Luetta Moore, North Main Annex, George Roebuck, Brooklet Soccer, Nevils and Stilson Parks.
