NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 27 -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued the following news release:
HENRY COUNTY- An investigation by special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has led to the arrest of a Buchanan man accused of sending threatening emails to multiple Henry County officials.
On August 26th, at the request of 24th Judicial District Attorney General Neil Thompson, TBI special agents began investigating allegations involving Nicholas Guarnieri (DOB 9/23/90). During the course of the investigation, agents determined that in July, Guarnieri began sending daily harassing emails to the Henry County Register of Deeds Office and other county officials.
