East Cleveland, OH - Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11) joined the Cuyahoga Land Bank and local elected officials to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Circle East District, a Cuyahoga Land Bank initiative to revitalize the residential and commercial areas just east of University Circle.
Circle East is supported by $2.35 in Community Project Funding secured by Congresswoman Brown. Brown requested federal funding for Circle East District in 2023 and her funding request was signed into law in 2024 by President Biden.
