Today, President Trump submitted the White House Budget Request for Fiscal Year 2027 (https://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/information-resources/budget/). Trump has requested $1.5 trillion in funding for the military - a 42% increase - along with $73 billion in cuts to funding for domestic programs.
Trump's Budget calls for significant funding cuts to the Department of Education, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Agriculture.
