MACOMB, IL - - The Western Illinois University Board of Trustees approved a Fiscal Year 2027 all-funds budget at the Sept. 24 Board meeting. This budget assumes the FY27 state appropriation of $59.1 million. The University's total operating budget for FY27 is $176.5 million.
Additionally, the Board approved the Fiscal Year 2028 appropriated operating budget and capital budget recommendations, which will be presented to the Illinois Board of Higher Education, the General Assembly and Gov.
