Today, U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), a member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, issued the following statement condemning Trump's executive order that directs federal agencies to boost the production of herbicide glyphosate, a chemical known to cause cancer:

"This executive order is a slap in the face to the thousands of Americans who have gotten cancer from glyphosate.
