On the heels of Earth Day and ahead of Arbor Day, U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), a member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, along with U.S. Representatives Shontel M. Brown (D-OH-11) and Doris Matsui (D-CA-7), announce the Neighborhood Tree Act, legislation to provide federal funds for tree-planting programs in urban and underserved communities.
