BOARD OF TRUSTEES JULY SPECIAL MEETING BOARD ACTIONS

ST. MARY'S CITY, Md., July 2 -- St. Mary's College of Maryland issued the following news release:

The St. Mary's College of Maryland Board of Trustees convened a Special Meeting on July 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. via Zoom. A portion of the meeting was held in closed session in accordance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act, Maryland General Provisions Article Section 3-305(b)(1) and Section 3-305(b)(14), for the purposes set forth in the written closing statement.
