WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management issued the following press release:
BOISE, Idaho- The Bureau of Land Management will offer two timber sales August 10 that will support Idaho jobs, provide materials for local mills and construction, and help reduce wildfire risk on nearly 600 acres of public land. Together, the projects will make about 6.5 million board feet of timber available through competitive sales.
