Yesterday, Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) voted against the House version of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027, H.R. 8800. The legislation passed the House by a vote of 216-212 (https://clerk.house.gov/Votes/2026278), with Congressman Bishop voting no.
