The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act passed the House with an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote of 396-13. The bill, which now returns to the Senate, would improve federal housing programs, remove unnecessary barriers to development, and expand financing options to spur home construction and make housing more affordable.
