Congressman Tom Barrett (MI-07) is proud to announce Selena Arbogast as the winner of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for Michigan's 7th Congressional District.
WINNER: "Midnight Watch" by Selena Arbogast
Selena's colored-pencil drawing, "Midnight Watch," is the winning submission from this year's competition and will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year alongside other winning entries from congressional districts across the country. Sophia is a 12th-grade student at Ovid-Elsie High School.
