OAKLAND- California Attorney General Rob Bonta today joined a multistate coalition of 14 attorneys general in sending a comment letterto the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) commending EPA's efforts to add microplastics to a list of contaminants in drinking water prioritized for research, and urging EPA to further monitor microplastics.
