OAKLAND- California Attorney General Rob Bonta today announced the arrest and filing of felony charges against a certified nursing assistant for the alleged sexualabuse of an 86-year-old resident with diminished capacity at Concord Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility in Concord.



"Caregivers are entrusted with attending to and caring for people in a vulnerable, and often, incapacitated state,"said Attorney General Bonta.
