Markey (D-Mass.), member of the Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, today introduced the Cybersecurity and AI Board of Investigations Act, legislation that would establish an independent board to investigate major cybersecurity incidents impacting critical infrastructure, including those enabled by artificial intelligence (AI).
