WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc.: Availability of a Petition for a Determination of Nonregulated Status and Draft Plant Pest Risk Assessment for Insect Resistant and Herbicide-Tolerant DAS-01131-3 Maize (Corn).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Kelly Moore, Acting Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
