WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Bayer U.S.-Crop Science: Availability of a Petition for a Determination of Nonregulated Status and Draft Plant Pest Risk Assessment for MON 89151 Lepidopteran-Protected Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 21 by Kelly Moore, Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
