WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Bayer U.S.-Crop Science: Availability of a Petition for a Determination of Nonregulated Status and Draft Plant Pest Risk Assessment for Herbicide Resistant MON 96012 Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 21 by Kelly Moore, Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
