A Slippery Rock University trustee, alumna and business professional has been appointed to lead the statewide trustee organization. Angele Stoebener, '06,is the new chair of the Pennsylvania Association of Council of Trustees (PACT), the statewide body that strengthens trustee leadership across the 10 universities in Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).
