Senator Alsobrooks (D-Md.) spoke during today's Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee hearing about her two pieces of bipartisan legislation focused on supporting women's health. The bipartisan Uterine Fibroid Intervention and Gynecological Health Treatment (U-FIGHT) Act, which Senator Alsobrooks introduced with Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), would expand access to early screening, detection, and intervention methods for individuals diagnosed with uterine fibroids.
