This groundbreaking legislation will direct the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to review all foreign transactions involving real estate, businesses, critical infrastructure, or assets surrounding facilities associated with the U.S. Nuclear Triad, including Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), since January 1, 2017.
