WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has issued a proposed rule called: Proposed Establishment of the Champlain Valley of Vermont Viticultural Area.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 24 by Mary G. Ryan, Administrator.
Summary: The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) proposes to establish the approximately 1, 035, 104-acre "Champlain Valley of Vermont" American viticultural area in western Vermont. The proposed viticultural area is not within, nor does it contain, any other established viticultural area.
