UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State is rolling out new artificial intelligence (AI) resources to students this summer, followed by all students this fall, with the goal of providing every student with the opportunity to develop AI literacy and build skills in generative AI.

Students enrolled in summer classes - including Summer Session, Summer Session I and Summer Session II students - now have access to both AI Essentials, a self-paced online course, along with AI Studio, a suite of AI services featuring Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT models.
