WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a rule called: Milk in the Northeast and Other Marketing Areas; Uniform Pricing Formula Provisions.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 18 by Erin Morris, Administrator, Agricultural Marketing Service.
Summary: The Agricultural Marketing Service's (AMS) Dairy Program published a final rule in the Federal Registeron January 17, 2025, amending the pricing provisions in the 11 Federal Milk Marketing Orders (FMMOs). This document corrects the Class I differential in Morgan County, Ohio, and removes Shannon County, South Dakota, from the Class I Differential table.
