WASHINGTON, May 11 -- Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a proposed rule called: Kiwifruit Grown in California; Continuance Referendum.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 11 by Erin Morris, Administrator, Agricultural Marketing Service.

Summary: This document directs that a referendum be conducted among eligible California kiwifruit growers to determine whether they favor continuance of the marketing order regulating the handling of kiwifruit grown in California.
