WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 -- Administration for Children and Families has issued a rule called: Reducing Bureaucracy and Burden in Family Violence and Prevention Services.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 3 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
Summary: This final rule removes duplicative and unnecessary sections from the Family Violence Prevention and Services Program regulations. These amendments will streamline the Family Violence Prevention and Services regulations and make them more accessible to the public.
