WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Administration for Children and Families has issued a proposed rule called: Unaccompanied Children Program Foundational Rule; Sponsor Assessment Update To Include Proof of Identity, Background Check, Placement, and Income Verification Standards.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 26 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
