(Anchorage, AK) - Today, Acting Attorney General Mills announced that the State of Alaska has obtained a judgment against Alaska Motor Home Inc. and its owner Peter Harkovitch. This concludes the second lawsuit the State of Alaska's Consumer Protection Unit brought against Harkovitch and Alaska Motor Home in less than five years. In addition to being ordered to pay penalties of $183,000 and $50,409.86 in consumer restitution, Harkovitch has been banned from owning a business in the State of Alaska until he comes before the Superior Court at Anchorage and satisfies the court that his business will not engage in ille...
