12TH FLYING TRAINING WING HOLDS GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR WEST RUNWAY AND DRAINAGE PROJECT

RANDOLPH AFB, Texas, Oct. 9 -- The U.S. Air Force Air Education and Training Command issued the following news release:

Leadership from the 12th Flying Training Wing commemorated the groundbreaking for the west runway and drainage project at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph in a ceremony held Sept. 21.

The ceremony communicated the project scope, timeline and mission impact while recognizing the collaborative efforts between the Air Force, contractors and supporting agencies.
