US, Sept. 30 -- Some of America's largest travel and tourism organizations have spent months warning Washington that new national park fees for international visitors could discourage travel to the United States, disrupt tour operators and hurt local economies. Now a small Arizona tour company has escalated that fight from industry advocacy to a federal courtroom.
