Announcing a high-voltage, mega demonstration at New Delhi's Jantar Mantar on October 10, Raut warned that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar cannot act alone, and both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union Home Minister Amit Shah will ultimately have to answer to the public. Raut asserted that the country is simmering with discontent, and a disillusioned young generation-tired of partisan politics and empty rhetoric-is aggressively pushing back against the ruling regime. Dismissing the political relevance of blind loyalists, he maintained that the youth of today care deeply about livelihood and survival, and are no longer willing to tolerate the current governance model. Following local agitations, a massive joint opposition march is scheduled for October 10 at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, to protest alleged institutional bias and electoral manipulation.The opposition has intensified its cry for Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar to step down, accusing the poll panel of systematic voter disenfranchisement, manipulating mandates, and acting as an extended arm of the ruling party. United Opposition Front, initiated under the collaborative leadership of Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and MNS chief Raj Thackeray, has secured backing from the Congress, NCP (Sharad Pawar faction), Left parties, and the Peasants and Workers Party (PWP).Addressing local issues, Raut confirmed he will personally travel to Pune to stand in solidarity with protesting MPSC students, bypassing logistical hurdles alongside party leaders to address youth grievances directly.मुंबई, 04 अक्टूबर (वार्ता) शिवसेना (यूबीटी) के सांसद संजय राउत ने केंद्र सरकार और चुनाव आयोग पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा है कि अभी हो रहे विरोध-प्रदर्शन असल में देशव्यापी बड़े टकराव की शुरुआत भर हैं।
श्री राउत ने 10 अक्टूबर को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी के जंतर-मंतर पर एक बड़े विरोध-प्रदर्शन का ऐलान करते हुए चेतावनी दी कि मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार अकेले काम नहीं कर सकते। आखिरकार प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को जनता को जवाब देना होगा।
श्री राउत ने कहा कि देश में असंतोष की भावना उबल रही है और निराश युवा पीढ़ी पक्षपाती राजनीति और खोखले दावों से तंग आ चुकी है और सत्ताधारी सरकार का कड़ा विरोध कर रही है। उन्होंने अंधसमर्थकों की राजनीतिक अहमियत को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि आज के युवाओं को अपनी आजीविका और अस्तित्व की चिंता है और वे मौजूदा शासन व्यवस्था को और बर्दाश्त करने को तैयार नहीं हैं।
स्थानीय विरोध-प्रदर्शनों के बाद 10 अक्टूबर को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी के जंतर-मंतर पर विपक्ष का एक बड़ा संयुक्त मार्च आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिसमें संस्थागत पक्षपात और चुनावी हेरफेर का विरोध किया जाएगा। विपक्ष ने मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग तेज कर दी है। विपक्ष का आरोप है कि चुनाव आयोग व्यवस्थित रूप से मतदाताओं को उनके अधिकारों से वंचित कर रहा है, जनादेश में हेरफेर कर रहा है और सत्ताधारी पार्टी के एक अंग के तौर पर काम कर रहा है।
शिवसेना (यूबीटी) प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे और मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे की संयुक्त अगुवाई में शुरू किए गए 'संयुक्त विपक्षी मोर्चा' को कांग्रेस, राकांपा (शरद पवार गुट), वामपंथी दलों और पीजेंट्स एंड वर्कर्स पार्टी का समर्थन मिला है।
