New Delhi, April 26 -- A Zurich-bound Swiss International Air Lines flight was forced to abort take-off at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport in the early hours of Sunday after a technical snag in one of its engines triggered a full-scale emergency response.

The incident occurred shortly after 1:25 am when Flight SWR146, operated by an Airbus A330-300, was accelerating for departure from Runway 28.
