Hyderabad, April 9 -- Zoom Communications on Thursday announced the availability of native India phone numbers for its Zoom Contact Center across six telecom circles, strengthening its cloud-based customer service capabilities in the country.

The service is now live in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu (Chennai), Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Karnataka (Bengaluru), and Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (Hyderabad), enabling organisations to deliver AI-powered and compliant customer experiences through cloud contact centre services, the company said in a release.
