Hyderabad, May 18 -- Hyderabad-based Zithara.AI on Monday announced its entry into the Australian market with the onboarding of Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery as its first customer in the region.
The company also unveiled what it described as the world's first AI-native stack integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), marketing automation, conversational AI, omnichannel communication and online reputation management into a unified platform designed for consumer-focused businesses.
As part of the expansion, Zithara.AI introduced proprietary integrations with Meta and Google to enable closed-loop attribution for offline retail businesses.
