Thiruvananthapuram, Aug. 21 -- Three zebras have arrived at the Thiruvananthapuram Zoo from Gujarat's Vantara after a two-and-a-half-day road journey, ending a nine-year wait for their return to the zoo.
The three new residents-two three-year-old female zebras and a five-year-old male-were brought from the Greens Zoological Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre at Vantara. Their arrival is expected to be a major attraction for visitors during the Onam season.
