Vijayawada, June 14 -- Alleging a severe deterioration in Andhra Pradesh's public healthcare system under the TDP-led coalition government, YSRCP NTR District Doctors' Wing Chairman Dr. Ambati Naga Radhakrishna Yadav on Sunday accused the administration of crippling hospitals through budget cuts, staff shortages, and delayed payments under the NTR Vaidya Seva scheme.

He demanded the immediate release of a White Paper detailing hospital vacancy positions and the clearance of nearly Rs 3,000 crore in pending dues owed to network hospitals.
