Jammu, June 21 -- union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh highlighted on Sunday the transformative role of technology and digital connectivity in democratizing opportunities across India.
He stated that Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities have emerged as significant contributors to the country's startup ecosystem and civil services success stories.
"Majority of start-ups and Civil Services toppers now are from small towns, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities," Dr Singh said here at an award ceremony organised to felicitate toppers of Classes 10 and 12 from various schools across the Jammu region.
