New Delhi, April 19 -- Joint Secretary at the Department of Higher Education, Armstrong Pame, has shared the inspiring journey of developing critical infrastructure in remote regions of Nagaland, Manipur, and Assam.
Pame, who was at Delhi University's Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College's annual cultural festival MEIRAANG 2026 on Saturday, urged the youth present on the occasion to take ownership of their choices and strive to contribute meaningfully to society.
He encouraged students to dream big and achieve their goals by dedicating themselves fully and giving their best efforts.
