Kolhapur, June 3 -- A youth was killed on the spot while three other persons were injured when a car they were travelling in fell off a bridge at Shiroli Naka near Tawade Hotel area at the entrance of the city late this evening.
According to police, while the car was entering the city, it hit an iron bridge and fell 40-feet from the bridge into the stream.
In this incident, a youth was killed on the spot and three others were injured who were admitted at Chhatrapati Pramila Raje Civil Hospital.
There was a traffic jam on the Tawde Hotel to Kavla Naka road due to the crowd of onlookers at the scene.
