Hyderabad, July 17 -- Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda, has secured a Guinness World Records (TM) recognition for conducting the largest Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) awareness session, with 578 participants attending simultaneously in person and online.
The record was officially verified by Guinness World Records (TM) Official Adjudicator Rishi Nath, who presented the certificate to Dr Kiran Peddi, Senior Gastroenterologist and Director, Centre for IBD, and Dr S Prashanth Reddy, Unit Head, Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda.
The awareness initiative aimed to promote early recognition of IBD symptoms and encourage timely medical consultation.
