New Delhi, June 23 -- Welcoming counterparts from BRICS nations at a key conclave in New Delhi, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval on Tuesday described the opening of the Strait of Hormuz as a positive development for global energy flows and maritime stability, saying it would reinforce energy security and uphold freedom of navigation for countries in the region and beyond.
