Siliguri, April 19 -- Women in West Bengal will "not forgive" the Trinamool Congress in the Assembly elections for stalling the amendment to implement the women's reservation legislation, BJP national president J P Nadda said on Sunday.

Addressing an election rally at Sitalkuchi in Cooch Behar district, Nadda launched a sharp attack on the ruling party, raising multiple issues ranging from governance to industry and law and order.

Nadda said with the passage of the women's reservation legislation, 33 per cent of seats in the 2029 Lok Sabha elections would be reserved for women.
