Pune, Apr 24 ( UNI) union Minister of State for Skill Development Jayant Chaudhary emphasized that people who run systems are often resistant to change, and meaningful reforms require active participation from women. He stressed that women must take the lead in driving constructive transformation.Chaudhary was speaking at the inauguration of Asia's first UNESCO Chair on Inclusion and Skill Development at Symbiosis Skills University, along with an international conference on women's empowerment.
