Bengaluru, March 18 -- The Karnataka State Commission for Women has stepped in to flag alleged obscenity in a song from the upcoming film 'KD: The Devil', urging authorities to act before the film is cleared for release.

Taking serious note of public complaints, the Commission has written to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), seeking strict scrutiny and immediate intervention. It has called for the removal or modification of objectionable portions in the song 'Sarse Ninna Seraga Sarse' (Hindi version: 'Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke'), citing concerns over derogatory portrayal of women.
